Informed Claim Decisions, LLC was recently granted its private investigative agency license from the State of Missouri. ICD, LLC, which previously held a St. Louis, Missouri city agency license, completed the transition to the new state license which is now a requirement for private investigation work throughout the state of Missouri.
ICD, LLC continually monitors state and local licensing legislation and meets or exceeds all insurance and other requirements to ensure the highest level of compliance and risk management for its client partners.

Informed Claim Decisions, LLC Completes Website Upgrade
Informed Claim Decisions, LLC, a premier Midwest USA based, full service private investigation company, has completed a website upgrade to www.icdinv.com.
The upgrade will allow greater functionality for clients, including the ability to view/download investigative reports, video and invoices by utilizing their own private login criteria. Clients can also place orders via a secure online order form.
The website will also be the home to two blogs, Watch Word and Fraud Fight, which will be dedicated to investigation and insurance fraud topics. A Company News section will provide updates about ICD, LLC.
